What Can I Expect From You As My Coach?

Expectations! Health Coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. Coaching is NOT about creating specific diets for clients- dietitians and nutritionists do that. However, Health coaches do guide clients to make healthy food choices or how to incorporate in their current lifestyle a new diet that may be prescribed by either a doctor or nutritionist. You will not see me discussing what the best diet is for you. I am here to support you with implementing and discovering changes that work for you.

I will educate you in the fields of Nutrition and Wellness, help you work through those stumbling blocks along the way, and be your cheerleader and sounding board as you find your happier and healthier you.

Do you own a container to hold water? – Yes!

Great! you are on your way towards working on the habit of keeping yourself hydrated.

As your Health Coach, I will help you find the positive every step you take! And the great thing in that is we work at your pace and continually build on what is working rather than what isn’t. Everyone is different, and individualized coaching can be the key to long term success.

As Health Coaches, we are trained to help you figure out your stumbling blocks to progress. Why, When, What and how you do things are explored to help you create those new healthy habits.

Health Coaches are there for Accountability, not Judgement!

Change is never easy, and frustration occurs. Having someone to support you in a nonjudgemental way is super important to your success- remember- these are YOUR goals. Being able to totally honest about your struggles without judgement is invaluable to success. But success will only come from change and I am here to help you change.
